Personalize your payments by creating shop

PayHubix’s Shop creation feature able the merchants to customize their payments. You can have individual setting for each of your businesses.

How to add shop

In order to add your shop, you need to register in the PayHubix dashboard. Click on the 'Add Shop' button and fill in brief information about your shop.

Shop information form

  • Shop name

    This will be displayed in your dashboard, our system, and on payment invoices for your customers.

  • Business scope

    The most appropriate designation for your activity (online store / online school or course / service or platform / aggregator / Telegram bot, etc.).

  • Shop description

    Description of your shop (niche / products or services, target market).

  • Select payment methods

    After adding the shop, you can also add new ones and disable unnecessary ones.

  • Shop website URL callback

    Link to the page where the user will be directed after a successful payment. Example: https://domain.com/successful-payment.

  • Shop logo

    Customize the checkout window by uploading your shop's logo. Supported logo formats: png, jpeg. Maximum file size: 2MB. Aspect ratio: 3x1. After uploading the logo, we recommend checking its display on the created invoice page.

  • Fee setting

    Choose who pays the service fee and transfer fee. More details about setting up fees are described in the Tariffs.

  • Auto-confirmation of partially paid invoices

    Set rules for confirming partially paid invoices. Enter the maximum deviation value of the received amount from the invoice amount in %. The invoice will be automatically confirmed when the deviation is within the specified limit.
